Bugbee Dronography, LLC, is passionate about harnessing the incredible potential of drone technology to transform industries and create a positive impact. As the Founder and CEO, Sheila Bugbee is dedicated to serving the energy, real estate, marketing, and advertising sectors. Our commitment to making a difference also extends to volunteering for Western New York’s Missing and Unidentified Persons Network, where we contribute to vital community efforts.

As an FAA Certified Remote Pilot since April 2021, Sheila continuously hones her expertise through specialized drone training in Real Estate, Inspections, Cinematography, Photogrammetry, and Business, gained from the esteemed Drone Masterclass Academy. Sheila has worked with Rocket Drones and trained as a U.S. Drone Soccer Instructor, each program is educational based and empowering our youth using their STEM/STEAM knowledge.

Embracing the forefront of drone innovation, Sheila actively participates in various industry events, such as The Commercial UAV EXPO in Las Vegas, where she connects with industry leaders and explores emerging drone solutions.

Our commitment to sharing knowledge extends to publication, with Sheila authoring and co-authoring articles for the Women and Drones Vertical Space e-Magazine.

Impactful speeches at The City of Tonawanda School District, The Cradle of Aviation Museum, and the Historical Society of the Tonawanda’s. Sheila served as a panel speaker at the Women in Technology International (WITI) Summit 2022, where she passionately discussed “Sustainability through the use of Drones for the Environment.”

Safety and disaster response are paramount to us. Sheila’s training at the Public Safety INTEROP’22 in Disaster City, Texas, plays a pivotal role in situational awareness for first responders during disaster scenarios. Her completion of FEMA’s Introduction to the Incident Command System further enhances our capabilities.

Born and raised in Tonawanda, NY, Sheila’s diverse experiences, include teaching Special Education in Texas, serving as a Public Servant in Alaska, and exploring Vancouver, Washington, before returning to her roots in the Western New York area.
